Total Beauty proprietor, Joanne Smith, qualified from the Yorkshire college of beauty in 1995 whilst working full time in a beauty salon. She also attended various courses to further her qualifications, these included Complementary therapies, non surgical face lifting , specialist nail treatments & threading she also gained teacher training certificate and opened Total Beauty in 2001. Within 6months she was able to employ staff & the business has successfully grown each year . In 2006 she invested in the skin card brand Sothys, who we work closely with, enabling us to provide the very best in skin care treatments and products. We have been awarded the Habia health & safety award every year since it was launched.
